We begin the ritual with a gently warm herbal hot tub that prepares the body and soul for a deeper sauna experience. Aromatic herbs help relax and release daily stress.
We enjoy warm, medicinal tea that enriches the body with natural vitamins and minerals, while preparing the body for the upcoming ritual steps.
The heart of the sauna ritual is the sauna whisk beating, which promotes deep relaxation and body cleansing. The sauna master uses specially prepared birch, oak, or other tree whisks to gently stroke and stimulate the skin, improving circulation and promoting toxin elimination.
Herbal scrub is applied to the skin to gently remove dead cells and promote skin renewal. It is made from medicinal plants and salt, providing an exfoliating effect.
Warm honey is applied to the body and gently massaged to deeply moisturize the skin. Honey's rich properties help make the skin soft, clear, and healthily glowing. Additionally, the procedure calms the mind.
After whisk beating in the sauna, the client is led into a cool pond where the bathing process takes place. Cold water cools the skin and stimulates circulation.
After the contrast bath, you are gently wrapped in warm blankets and laid in fresh air. This rest period helps stabilize circulation and concludes the ritual with complete peace.
